Owner Scott Wilcox, a Wyalusing native, is currently
the Chief, Investigative Division, Office Of Military
Commissions, Defense. Previously, Scott was the
lead Defensive Tactics instructor for the United
States Office Of Special Investigations Antiterrorism
Team. Previous OSI assignments include worldwide
counterintelligence and anti-terrorism assignments
as well as reserved commander of the AF Office of
Special Investigations Antiterrorism Team. He has
served as a visiting lecturer at Cornell University,
Ithaca NY, specializing in leadership development.
During his tenure, the Cornell University AFROTC
leadership development program was ranked
number one in the nation. He is a graduate of
Bloomsburg University and earned his graduate
degrees from Webster University, St Louis, MO in
International Relations and Human Resource
Development. He has been continually involved in
martial arts instruction for over 30 years and has black
belts in multiple styles of karate as well as advanced
training in other forms of combative arts to include
being a certified Krav Maga military and law
enforcement instructor for the USAF.
